Paradip, 12.08.2026: IndianOil Paradip Refinery conducted Level-II Mock Drills (OnsiteDisaster Drills) on 12
th August 2026 with an aim to check the effectiveness of the emergency
response and preparedness of the Refinery. The drills were executed in line with the approved
Emergency Response and Disaster Management Plan (ERDMP) of Paradip Refinery.
Members of Mutual Aid Industries also participated in the exercise. Response & control
measures taken as per the protocols of Emergency Response & Disaster Management Plan
were well coordinated and it was appreciated by all the authorities. Mr Kausik Basu, Executive
Director & Refinery Head of Paradip Refinery chaired the debriefing session of the exercise.
